Pastors Rolland and Noreen Sicard
Sturgeon Falls is the home town of Pastor Rolly. He graduated from L’École Secondaire Franco-Cité. With Sturgeon Falls being his home town he has a compassion and love for the people here.
Rolland and Noreen have been married for over 29 years and have four daughters and five grandchildren. They have been pastoring in some form for over 23 years and look forward to the future here in Sturgeon.
